Born in 1949, attorney at law and notary public Eik Löffelbein studied law at Philipps-University in Marburg/Lahn. After completing his legal clerkship at the District Court in Marburg and the Regional Court in Kassel, he first worked at the Public Prosecutor's Office in Marburg and later for the Legal Department of Homberg/Efze District Administration. He then worked at a law firm in Marburg before becoming a self-employed lawyer in 1978. This native of Siegen has also been working as a notary public since 1988. In 1997 he was also conferred the title of Specialist Lawyer for Family Law.
Eik Löffelbein joined Schleifenbaum & Adler as a partner in 2016. Since then, he has been supporting the team in various fields of law as well as in the notary public office: his main areas of expertise are family law, divorce and maintenance law and the notarial practice. With his broad wealth of experience, he also advises and acts as counsel for clients in the field of lease and tenancy law.
